Attorney General for Northern Ireland responds to the Supreme Court Judgement in the matter of an application by Rosaleen Dalton for Judicial Review (Northern Ireland)

"I am grateful to the Supreme Court for the clarification provided in relation to the important issue of the applicable time limits in Article 2 EHCR cases brought under domestic law. This should provide certainty in this area.

I wish to express my utmost sympathy to the families of Sean Dalton, Sheila Lewis and Thomas Curran who died as a result of this tragic incident on 31 August 1988."
